PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN TUNJANGAN SERTIFIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA DI KABUPATEN TOBA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) menganalisis adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Toba; 2) menganalisis adakah pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Toba; 3) menganalisis adakah pengaruh Tunjangan Sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Toba, dan 4) menganalisis adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan Tunjangan Sertifikasi secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Toba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Toba yakni sebanyak 237 orang guru dan ditetapkan sampel sebanyak 53 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket tertutup sebanyak 104 item. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) nilai F hitung > F tabel antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru yaitu 11,193 > 2,76 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA di Kabupaten Toba yaitu sebesar 18%, 2) nilai F hitung > F tabel antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru yaitu 12,613 > 2,76 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Toba yaitu sebesar 19,8%, 3) nilai F hitung > F tabel antara tunjangan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru yaitu 15,992 > 2,76 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa unjangan sertifikasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Toba yaitu sebesar 23,9%, 4) nilai F hitung > F tabel antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi, dan tunjangan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru yaitu 7,750 > 2,76 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan tunjangan sertifikasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Toba yaitu sebesar 32,2% dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.
The purpose of this research is to 1) analyze whether there is an influence of school principal leadership on the performance of high school teachers in Toba Regency; 2) analyze whether there is an influence of Organizational Culture on the performance of high school teachers in Toba Regency; 3) analyze whether there is an influence of Certification Allowances on the performance of high school teachers in Toba Regency, and 4) analyze whether there is an influence of school principal leadership, organizational culture and Certification Allowances together or simultaneously on the performance of high school teachers in Toba Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population was all state high school teachers in Toba Regency, namely 237 teachers and a sample of 53 people was determined. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 104 items. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the calculated Fvalue > Ftable between the principal's leadership on teacher performance is 11.193 > 2.76, thus it is known that the principal's leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on teacher performance in high schools in Toba Regency, namely 18 %, 2) calculated Fvalue > Ftable between organizational culture and teacher performance, namely 12.613 > 2.76, thus it is known that organizational culture has a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Toba Regency, namely 19.8%, 3) value Fcount > Ftable between certification allowance and teacher performance, namely 15.992 > 2.76, thus it is known that certification allowance has a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Toba Regency, namely 23.9%, 4) Fvalue > Ftable between principal leadership, organizational culture and certification allowances on teacher performance, namely 7.750 > 2.76, thus it is known that principal leadership, organizational culture and certification allowances together have a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Toba Regency, namely amounting to 32.2%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
