ANALISIS UNSUR INTRINSIK DAN EKSTRINSIK PADA CERPEN “MANISNYA SEBUAH HIDAYAH”

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik dalam cerpen “Manisnya Sebuah Hidayah” karya Syahputri Mariani Hasibuan. Cerpen ini menggambarkan perjalanan introspektif seorang tokoh utama yang berjuang melawan konflik internal dan menemukan makna kehidupan melalui proses refleksi diri dan pertobatan. Unsur intrinsik yang dianalisis meliputi tema, alur, latar, sudut pandang, penokohan, gaya bahasa, dan amanat, yang menunjukkan bagaimana elemen-elemen ini mendukung struktur cerita. Di sisi lain, unsur ekstrinsik seperti nilai-nilai sosial, budaya, agama, dan moral dianalisis untuk menunjukkan bagaimana konteks sosial dan budaya memengaruhi pembentukan cerita. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendalami elemen-elemen tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa cerpen ini tidak hanya menginspirasi pembaca melalui nilai-nilai spiritual, tetapi juga menawarkan pandangan mendalam tentang pentingnya introspeksi dan perubahan diri.
This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic elements in the short story "The Sweetness of a Hidayah" by Syahputri Mariani Hasibuan. This short story describes the introspective journey of a main character who struggles against internal conflict and finds the meaning of life through a process of self-reflection and repentance. The intrinsic elements described include theme, plot, setting, point of view, characterization, style of language, and morals, which show how these elements support the structure of the story. On the other hand, extrinsic elements such as social, cultural, religious, and moral values are explained to show how the social and cultural context influences the formation of the story. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method to explore these elements. The results of the analysis show that this short story not only inspires readers through spiritual values, but also offers an in-depth view of the importance of introspection and self-change.
