ANALISIS KESULITAN DAN KESALAHAN SISWA MENYELESAIKAN SOAL GARIS SINGGUNG LINGKARAN PADA SMP

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan tingginya kesulitan dan kesalahan siswa terhadap persamaan garis singgung lingkaran.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 6 Kupang Tengah.Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesulitan- kesulitan dan kesalahan yang dialami peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal persamaan garis singgung lingkaran.

The purpose of this study is to describe the high difficulty and error of students towards the equation of circle tangents. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this study was a grade VIII B student of SMP Negeri 6 Central Kupang.Data collection techniques are tests, interviews, and documentation.the results of the study showed the difficulties and errors experienced by students in solving the tangent equation problem of the circle.
