Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan standar instalasi listrik sesuai Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) dan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) pada proyek Rehabilitasi dan Renovasi Stadion Teladan Medan, serta menganalisis penerapan prinsip Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dalam kegiatan perbaikan instalasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan melalui observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan instalasi listrik sesuai standar PUIL dan SNI mampu meningkatkan keamanan, keandalan, dan efisiensi sistem kelistrikan. Selain itu, pelaksanaan perbaikan dan sambungan listrik yang mengikuti prosedur K3 terbukti mengurangi risiko korsleting dan kebakaran, sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja terhadap pentingnya keselamatan kerja.
This study aims to describe the implementation of electrical installation standards in accordance with the General Requirements for Electrical Installations (PUIL) and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) in the Teladan Medan Stadium Rehabilitation and Renovation project, as well as to analyze the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) principles in installation repair activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field study approach through direct observation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of electrical installations in accordance with PUIL and SNI standards can improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the electrical system. In addition, the implementation of electrical repairs and connections that follow K3 procedures has been proven to reduce the risk of short circuits and fires, while increasing worker awareness of the importance of occupational safety.
