ANALISIS PROSES PASIEN JKN RAWAT JALAN IGD GUNA MENUNJANG EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN DI RS MUHAMMADIYAH BANDUNG

Abstrak

Pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan adalah salah satu tugas pertama yang dilakukan oleh departemen rekam medis Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah. Pendekatan rumah sakit dalam menyediakan layanan kesehatan sangat bergantung pada pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas layanan yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Bandung, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami gambaran proses pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan JKN di unit gawat darurat. Seluruh petugas rekam medis menjadi populasi dalam penelitian yang menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif ini. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 77% untuk faktor gaya pemberi layanan. Proses pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan merupakan aspek krusial yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan terutama dalam situasi gawat darurat yang membutuhkan penanganan cepat.
