ANALISIS PERAN KERJASAMA LINTAS SEKTOR DALAM PELAKSANAAN PIN POLIO DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS CENGKARENG, JAKARTA BARAT

Abstrak

Sejak tahun 2022 sampai 2024 di Indonesia terdapat 11 kasus kelumpuhan polio dan 32 Propinsi, 399 Kabupaten / Kota di Indonesia berisiko tinggi khususnya polio tipe 2. Oleh karena itu pemerintah mengadakan PIN (Pekan Imunisasi Nasional) Polio yang dilakukan sebagai respon Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) Polio untuk memutus rantai penularan virus Vaccine Derived Polio Virus tipe 2 dan Vaccine-Derived Polio Virus tipe 1 polio. Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cengkareng target yang harus dicapai 95%. Dalam pelaksanaan PIN Polio, keberhasilan program imunisasi membutuhkan dukungan dan kerjasama semua pihak baik lintas program maupun lintas sektor, pemerintah pusat dan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kerjasama lintas sektor dalam pelaksanaan PIN polio di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan wawancara mendalam. Untuk mendapatkan informan yang sesuai dilakukan dengan cara purposive. Tahapan pengolahan data melalui transkip data, pengkodean, penyajian data dan pembuatan matriks, reduksi data, intepretasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas lintas sektor memiliki pendidikan setara SMA atau lebih tinggi, yang meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan efektivitas tugas mereka. Persepsi tentang kemampuan interpersonal: lintas sektor menganggap bahwa kemampuan interpersonal mereka cukup baik dalam pencapaian target PIN polio. Lintas sektor memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai tentang imunisasi polio di PIN Polio, memungkinkan mereka untuk advokasi dan menggerakkan warga dengan baik. Arahan dari pemberi peran dianggap penting untuk memandu lintas sektor dalam menjalankan tugasnya dengan lebih efektif. Hubungan antara lintas sektor dan pemberi peran dinilai positif, memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk kolaborasi yang efektif. Kesimpulan: Kerjasama lintas sektor memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam capaian target PIN polio.

Since 2022 until 2024 in Indonesia there have been 11 cases of polio paralysis and 32 Provinces, 399 distric/cities in Indonesia are at high risk, especially type 2 polio. Therefore the government held PIN (National Immunization Week) for Polio which was carried out as a response to Extraordinary Events (KLB) Polio to break the chain of transmission of the Vaccine Derived Polio Virus type 2 and Vaccine-Derived Polio Virus type 1 polio viruses. In the Cengkareng Community Health Center working area, the target must be achieved at 95%. In implementing PIN Polio, the success of the immunization program requires the support and cooperation of all parties, both across programs and across sectors, central and regional governments. This research aims to analyze the role of cross-sector collaboration in implementing PIN polio in the Cengkareng Community Health Center Work Area, West Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, with in-depth interviews. To obtain suitable informants, this was done purposively. Data processing stages through data transcription, coding, data presentation and matrix creation, data reduction, data interpretation. The research results show that the majority across sectors have an education equivalent to high school or higher, which improves their communication skills and task effectiveness. Perception of interpersonal skills: across sectors consider that their interpersonal skills are good enough to achieve PIN polio targets. Cross-sectors have adequate knowledge about polio immunization at PIN Polio, enabling them to advocate and to mobilize citizens well. Directions from role givers are considered important to guide cross-sectors in carrying out their duties more effectively. Relationships between sectors and role providers are considered positive, providing a strong foundation for effective collaboration. Conclusion: cross - sectors collaboration has a significant role in achieving the PIN polio target.
