PENGARUH RESILIENSI TERHADAP QUARTER LIFE CRISIS PADA MAHASISWA TINGKAT AKHIR DI KOTA MEDAN

Emerging adulthood is the period between adolescence and adulthood that occurs between the ages of 18 and 29 years. In this period, individuals get a lot of demands from the environment, both in terms of certain skills and knowledge along with the start of the transition to adulthood, especially in final year students. The emotional crisis that occurs in individuals entering the emerging adulthood stage is known as the quarter life crisis. An important aspect that must be possessed by individuals to survive in quarter life crisis conditions is resilience. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence resilience has on quarter life crises in final year students in Medan City. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The data obtained was based on the results of distributing measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires using Googleform to 400 students with the characteristics of final year students in the city of Medan. The results showed that there was a significant negative influence between resilience to quarter life crises of 8.6%, while the remaining 91.4% was influenced by other factors outside of these variables.
