ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM TAHFIDZ AL-QUR’AN DI MI HAFIZH CENDEKIA, GAMPONG LAMSIDAYA KECAMATAN DARUL IMARAH KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR

Penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan program Tahfidz Al-Qur'an di MI Hafizh Cendekia, Aceh Besar, yang menjadi program unggulan sejak berdirinya madrasah pada tahun 2016. Program ini bertujuan mencetak generasi penghafal Al-Qur'an yang cerdas dan berakhlak mulia, dengan target minimal satu juz per tahun bagi setiap santri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program tahfidz dilaksanakan secara sistematis, menggunakan metode talaqqi (pembacaan langsung oleh guru) dan muraja'ah (pengulangan hafalan). Kegiatan ini diintegrasikan dalam jadwal harian, dimulai pagi dan sore hari, dengan evaluasi harian dan mingguan untuk memantau kemajuan santri. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan program meliputi dukungan orang tua, motivasi santri, dan fasilitas seperti Al-Qur'an bertanda tajwid serta mikrofon untuk pembelajaran. Namun, tantangan utama adalah variasi kemampuan menghafal santri dan kurangnya konsistensi dalam pengulangan hafalan di rumah. Meskipun demikian, program ini berhasil meningkatkan hafalan santri, dengan beberapa bahkan mencapai 10 juz. Madrasah memberikan penghargaan seperti wisuda tahfidz dan reward mingguan sebagai motivasi. Kesimpulannya, program Tahfidz Al-Qur'an di MI Hafizh Cendekia berjalan efektif berkat perencanaan terstruktur, metode pembelajaran yang tepat, dan kolaborasi antara guru, santri, serta orang tua.
In this study, researchers analyzed the implementation of the Quran memorization program at MI Hafizh Cendekia in Aceh Besar, a flagship program since its establishment in 2016. This program aims to produce a generation of intelligent and virtuous Quran memorizers, with a target of memorizing at least one juz (chapters) per year for each student. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the Quran memorization program was implemented systematically, using the talaqqi (direct recitation by the teacher) and muraja'ah (memorization repetition) methods. These activities were integrated into the daily schedule, starting in the morning and evening, with daily and weekly evaluations to monitor student progress. Factors contributing to the program's success included parental support, student motivation, and facilities such as tajweed-marked Qurans and microphones for learning. However, major challenges were the varying memorization abilities of students and the lack of consistency in memorization repetition at home. Despite this, the program successfully increased student memorization, with some even reaching 10 juz (chapters). The school offers awards such as memorization graduations and weekly rewards as motivation. In conclusion, the Quran memorization program at MI Hafizh Cendekia is effective thanks to structured planning, appropriate learning methods, and collaboration between teachers, students, and parents.
