Abstrak

The choice of the halaqah method as a system/curriculum for learning the tahfidz of the Qur'an at the Tahfidz Qur'an Darul Ihsan Islamic boarding school in Kota Bangun must be able to become an effective, productive and efficient tool in memorizing the Qur'an. For this reason, this research will focus on the halaqah method and its impact on the development of learning tahfidz Qur'an which will be examined through a qualitative approach with a case study approach strategy. Based on this research, researchers can find the results of their research as follows, 1. The halaqah method is structured through several stages including objectives, materials, strategies for students and Ustadz/Teachers, 2. The implementation of the halaqah method is carried out with motivational learning and supervision by the Al-Qur'an section, 3. Evaluation is carried out on a semi-annual and annual basis. Meanwhile the halaqah method has a good impact on students or ustadz as well as the educational institution itself.
