Abstrak

Developing the competency of Indonesian Navy personnel through training programs is a crucial aspect in ensuring their readiness to face various challenges in the field. A comprehensive evaluation of the training program is needed to understand the perceptions, success factors, and level of personnel satisfaction with the implementation of the program. This research aims to analyze the perceptions, success factors and level of satisfaction of Indonesian Navy personnel with the training program, as well as to identify the challenges faced in its implementation. A qualitative research approach was used, using observation, interviews, and document analysis as data collection methods. Data were analyzed thematically to identify significant patterns and findings. The research results show that the majority of Indonesian Navy personnel have a positive perception of the training program, considering it an important means for developing their skills and knowledge. Success factors for training programs include support from leadership, relevance of training materials to operational tasks, and ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness. However, there are several challenges faced, including limited time for field practice and a lack of logistical and administrative support. Improvement measures are needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of training program implementation, as well as to ensure optimal levels of satisfaction from Indonesian Navy personnel.
