Digitalization plays a major role in today's modern era, where the use of the internet is inevitable. Even so, the process of submitting letters in Sirnamanah Village still uses conventional methods, forcing residents to come directly to the village hall to submit applications. Public services at the village government level need to be improved, especially in the application of information technology. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a website-based e-ticketing application to modernize the letter submission process in Sirnamanah Village, using a Scrum development methodology approach. There are two accesses to this system, where the administrator has a role to manage account data and the status of mail requests. While ordinary users only have access to create letters. With this application, convenience in the form of effectiveness and flexibility will be achieved and data management will be far organized.
