Abstrak

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi di abad ke-21 membawa perubahan besar dalam dunia pendidikan. Guru sekolah dasar dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi dan mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan keterampilan abad 21, yaitu critical thinking, creativity, communication, dan collaboration (4C). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru sekolah dasar dalam menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran abad 21 serta peran teknologi dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara terhadap guru sekolah dasar yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi strategi, tantangan, dan solusi yang diterapkan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru abad 21 harus berperan sebagai fasilitator, inovator, dan pembimbing yang mampu menciptakan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, kolaboratif, serta berorientasi pada pengembangan karakter dan keterampilan peserta didik. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sarana, literasi digital guru yang belum merata, dan kurangnya pelatihan profesional berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kompetensi pedagogik dan digital guru agar mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran yang efektif, kreatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan abad 21.

Islamic education is the main instrument in the formation of students' character and morals as important capital in campus life and the wider community. This study aims to examine the understanding of Pasundan University students regarding the role of Islamic education in forming attitudes of discipline, honesty, responsibility, and spiritual awareness. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with students selected purposively from various departments. Data are analyzed descriptively to describe students' views on the contribution of Islamic education in the process of character formation. The results of the study indicate that students realize the importance of Islamic education not only as religious knowledge, but also as a driver of the formation of positive attitudes and behavior. Islamic education provides a strong moral and spiritual foundation that helps students face academic and social challenges with a mature mindset and noble character. These findings emphasize the need for the continuation and strengthening of Islamic-based character education in higher education to produce a responsible and integrated generationThe development of technology and information in the 21st century has brought significant changes to the world of education. Elementary school teachers are required to adapt and develop learning strategies that align with 21st-century skills, namely critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration (the 4Cs). This study aims to describe elementary school teachers' strategies in facing the challenges of 21st-century learning and the role of technology in supporting the learning process. The research method used a qualitative approach using interviews with purposively selected elementary school teachers. Data were analyzed descriptively to identify the strategies, challenges, and solutions implemented by teachers. The results indicate that 21st-century teachers must act as facilitators, innovators, and mentors capable of creating technology-based, collaborative learning that is oriented toward developing students' character and skills. The main challenges faced include limited resources, unequal distribution of teachers' digital literacy, and a lack of ongoing professional training. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen teachers' pedagogical and digital competencies so they can implement effective, creative, and relevant learning that meets the needs of the 21st century.
