Study of living alone in the elderly Qualitative research proposal

Abstrak

Entering the last phase in life, some of the elderly can live it happily but not a few of them experience the opposite generally; what makes the elderly happy is being able to live with their husbands, children, and grandchildren, the hope is that by living with close family, the elderly's life will be successful and far from feeling lonely, along with cultural shifts, some of the elderly do not get space in their families, many elderly who choose to live alone can also have the success that exceeds the success of the elderly who live with their families. This study aims to explore the success of the elderly who live alone. The researchers conducted the research experiment with a qualitative approach with case study variants. Ten older adults in Tanah Datar became informants explored through interviews and observations.
