CONTOH PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN INKLUSIF DI SEKOLAH

Abstrak

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan pendekatan pendidikan yang menjamin setiap peserta didik memperoleh hak belajar tanpa diskriminasi, termasuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah reguler. Peningkatan keberagaman kebutuhan belajar siswa menuntut penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang adaptif dan responsif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji contoh penerapan strategi pembelajaran inklusif di sekolah berdasarkan kajian literatur nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif melalui studi literatur. Sumber data berasal dari buku yang terbit dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir dan artikel jurnal nasional yang dipublikasikan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran inklusif yang banyak diterapkan meliputi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, pembelajaran kooperatif, pemanfaatan media dan teknologi pembelajaran kreatif, serta penerapan prinsip Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Strategi-strategi tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan partisipasi, motivasi, dan interaksi sosial siswa dengan beragam kebutuhan belajar. Keberhasilan penerapan pembelajaran inklusif sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi guru, dukungan fasilitas, serta kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan pemangku kepentingan. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kapasitas guru dan penyediaan sistem pendukung yang berkelanjutan menjadi langkah strategis dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran inklusif yang efektif dan berkeadilan.

Inclusive education is an educational approach that ensures that every student has the right to learn without discrimination, including students with special needs in regular schools. Increasing the diversity of students' learning needs requires the implementation of adaptive and responsive learning strategies. This article aims to examine examples of the implementation of inclusive learning strategies in schools based on a review of the national literature. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive design through literature studies. The data sources come from books published in the last ten years and national journal articles published in the last five years. The results of the study show that the inclusive learning strategies that are widely applied include differentiated learning, cooperative learning, the use of creative learning media and technology, and the application of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principle. These strategies have been proven to be able to increase the participation, motivation, and social interaction of students with diverse learning needs. The success of the implementation of inclusive learning is greatly influenced by teacher competence, facility support, and collaboration between schools, parents, and stakeholders. Therefore, strengthening teacher capacity and providing a sustainable support system is a strategic step in realizing effective and equitable inclusive learning
