Abstrak

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah memberikan dampak signifikan di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Di Indonesia, pemerintah mulai mengintegrasikan AI ke dalam kurikulum melalui kebijakan resmi, seperti masuknya mata pelajaran Coding dan AI pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang dan tantangan penerapan AI dalam kurikulum pendidikan Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal, regulasi pemerintah, laporan UNESCO, dan berita resmi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa AI berpotensi meningkatkan personalisasi pembelajaran, efisiensi guru, dan kesiapan siswa menghadapi era digital. Namun, tantangan berupa kesenjangan infrastruktur, kesiapan guru, biaya implementasi, serta isu etika perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi AI harus dilakukan secara bertahap, dengan dukungan infrastruktur, pelatihan guru, serta regulasi yang jelas agar dapat berjalan optimal dan inklusif.

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted various sectors, including education. In Indonesia, the government has begun integrating AI into the national curriculum through official policies, such as the inclusion of Coding and AI subjects starting in the 2025/2026 academic year. This article aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of implementing AI in the Indonesian education curriculum. The research method employed is a literature review from various sources, including academic journals, government regulations, UNESCO reports, and official news. The findings reveal that AI has the potential to enhance personalized learning, improve teacher efficiency, and prepare students for the digital era. However, challenges such as infrastructure gaps, teacher readiness, implementation costs, and ethical issues must be carefully addressed. This study concludes that AI integration should be carried out gradually, supported by adequate infrastructure, comprehensive teacher training, and clear regulations to ensure optimal and inclusive implementation.
