ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE TALKING STICK BERBANTUAN MEDIA INTERAKTIF SPINNING WHEEL PADA KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak

Keterampilan berbicara bisa di perlukan peserta didik untuk menyampaikan kehendak, kebutuhan perasaan, dan keinginan kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis penggunaan model kooperatif tipe talking stick berbantuan media interaktif spinning wheel pada keterampilan berbicara peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 60 peserta didik di kelas V yang terdiri dari 30 peserta didik di kelas eksperimen dan 30 peserta didik di kelas kontrol. Penggunaan model kooperatif tipe talking stick berbantuan media interaktif spinning wheel dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada peserta didik kelas V. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan adanya penggunaan model kooperatif tipe talking stick berbantuan media interaktif spinning wheel pada keterampilan berbicara dapat dilihat dari hasil pretest dan postest, rekapitulasi penilaian keterampilan berbicara, pretest pada grup eksperimen senilai 45,61, postest pada grup eksperimen sejumlah 84,13.  Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis penggunaan model kooperatif tipe talking stick berbantuan media interaktif spinning wheel pada keterampilan berbicara peserta didik disekolah dasar dapat meningkat.

Students need speaking skills to convey their desires, needs, feelings and desires to other people. This research aims to determine the analysis of the use of the talking stick type cooperative model assisted by spinning wheel interactive media on the speaking skills of students in elementary schools. The data collection techniques used were tests, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive techniques. The subjects in this research were 60 students in class V consisting of 30 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class. The use of the talking stick type cooperative model assisted by spinning wheel interactive media can improve speaking skills in class V students. This is proven by the use of the talking stick type cooperative model assisted by spinning wheel interactive media on speaking skills which can be seen from the pretest and posttest results, assessment recapitulation speaking skills, pretest in the experimental group was 45.61, posttest in the experimental group was 84.13.  Therefore, it can be concluded that the analysis of the use of the talking stick type cooperative model assisted by spinning wheel interactive media can improve the speaking skills of students in elementary schools.
