ANALISIS UI/UX TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA WEBSITE DASAWISMA PKK PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE USABILITY TESTING

Abstrak

Website merupakan interface untuk akses informasi digital biasanya berisi kumpulan informasi dalam format digital berupa data teks format word, pdf, html dan lain-lainnya, dapat juga image, animasi, audio visual, atau gabungan dari semua format tersebut yang dibuat dan disediakan oleh institusi maupun personal. Dasawisma PKK Provinsi Sumatera Selatan memanfaatkan website untuk menjembatani masyarakat untuk akses informasi digital yang dimiliki oleh Dasawisma PKK Provinsi Sumatera Selatan seperti informasi kegiatan seperti peringatan hari besar umat islam, festival daerah, kegiatan sosial masyarakat, pelaksanaan program kerja pembinaan masyarakat dan peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga, foto, video, berita dan struktur oranisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah keputusan mengenai analisa suatu UI/UX yang ada pada Website Dasawisma PKK Provinsi Sumatera Selatan terhadap kepuasan pengguna Website Dasawisma PKK Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Usability Testing dengan System Usability Scale dalam melakukan penilaian atas suatu desain antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil penelitian Website Dasawisma PKK Provinsi Sumatera Selatan didapatkan skor rata-rata akhir sebesar 72.68, artinya nilai skor diatas rata-rata 68, ini berarti website Dasawisma PKK Provinsi Sumatera Selatan berada pada Grade B dengan predikat rating Good.
