AUDIT SISTEM INFORMASI E-RAPOR BERBASIS COBIT 2019 UNTUK EVALUASI EFEKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI LAYANAN

Abstrak

This study aims to audit the e-Rapor information system at SMA Negeri 2 Samboja using the COBIT 2019 framework. The primary focus of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the e-Rapor application services used in the school. The research method involves collecting data from various stakeholders, such as IT staff, teachers, and school management, through interviews and questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using COBIT 2019 domains, including Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) and Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MEA). The analysis results indicate that most domains are at Level 3 (Defined), with one domain reaching Level 4 (Managed and Measurable). These findings suggest that while the e-Rapor system operates with documented procedures, more structured and consistent performance measurements are necessary to achieve higher capability levels. Recommendations for improvement include enhancing formal monitoring and utilizing clearer quantitative indicators to ensure better service quality. This study is expected to serve as a guide for more effective management of the e-Rapor information system in the future.
