Abstrak ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis revaluasi landasan filosofis hukum agraria dalam menghadapi tantangan era digitalisasi, khususnya terkait integrasi teknologi dan perlindungan hak kepemilikan tanah. Melalui tinjauan mendalam terhadap filosofi hukum agraria, pendekatan ini menyoroti kompleksitas serta dampak transformasi teknologi dalam konteks pemilikan tanah.
