Seiring meningkatnya prevalensi low back pain, telerehabilitasi menjadi alternatif yang menjanjikan untuk rehabilitasi yang fleksibel dan mudah diakses. Penelitian menunjukkan telerehabilitasi setidaknya sama efektifnya dengan perawatan standar dalam mengurangi rasa sakit dan meningkatkan fungsi fisik, namun kepuasan pasien terhadap metode ini masih menjadi aspek penting untuk dievaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap telerehabilitasi pada low back pain, dengan fokus pada kemudahan penggunaan, efektivitas terapi, dan hubungan terapeutik. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematis dengan penelusuran artikel di ScienceDirect, ClinicalKey, ProQuest, MEDLINE, dan Scopus menggunakan kata kunci “low back pain AND (physiotherapy OR physical therapy) AND (telemedicine OR telerehabilitation) AND satisfaction.” Artikel yang diterbitkan antara 2022–2024, berbahasa Inggris, dan berfokus pada fisioterapi melalui telemedicine atau telerehabilitasi diseleksi. Dari 3757 artikel potensial, 54 artikel memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pasien yang tinggi terhadap telerehabilitasi, terutama terkait fleksibilitas, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas interaksi digital. Hubungan terapeutik antara pasien dan penyedia layanan terbukti mendukung keterlibatan pasien, meningkatkan kenyamanan, serta memperbaiki pengalaman rehabilitasi. Beberapa studi melaporkan bahwa kepuasan terhadap telerehabilitasi melebihi terapi konvensional, terutama dalam efisiensi waktu dan fleksibilitas. Kesimpulan ini menyoroti potensi telerehabilitasi sebagai alternatif efektif untuk low back pain. Tantangan seperti persepsi kualitas dibandingkan terapi tatap muka dan peningkatan pelatihan teknis masih memerlukan perhatian untuk memastikan implementasi yang optimal.

The increasing prevalence of low back pain has driven the exploration of alternative rehabilitation strategies, with telerehabilitation emerging as a viable solution due to its flexibility and accessibility. Current evidence suggests that telerehabilitation is at least as effective as conventional in-person rehabilitation in alleviating pain and improving physical function. However, patient satisfaction remains a critical factor influencing adherence, engagement, and long-term adoption of this modality. This study aims to systematically evaluate patient satisfaction with telerehabilitation for low back pain, with a specific focus on usability, therapeutic effectiveness, and the patient-provider relationship. A systematic review was conducted by searching ScienceDirect, ClinicalKey, ProQuest, MEDLINE, and Scopus using the keywords “low back pain AND (physiotherapy OR physical therapy) AND (telemedicine OR telerehabilitation) AND satisfaction.” Inclusion criteria encompassed peer-reviewed articles published between 2022 and 2024, written in English, and specifically addressing physiotherapy delivered via telemedicine or telerehabilitation. Of the 3,757 initially identified articles, 54 met the eligibility criteria. Synthesized findings indicate a high level of patient satisfaction with telerehabilitation, particularly regarding flexibility, accessibility, and the quality of digital interactions. The therapeutic relationship between patients and healthcare providers was a significant determinant of engagement, comfort, and the overall rehabilitation experience. Some studies reported that satisfaction with telerehabilitation exceeded that of conventional therapy, particularly in time efficiency and adaptability. While these findings highlight the potential of telerehabilitation as an effective alternative for managing low back pain, challenges such as perceived quality compared to face-to-face therapy and the need for improved technical support must be addressed to ensure broader acceptance and successful implementation.
