Abstrak

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat implementasi Gerakan Tujuh Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat (7 KAIH) di satuan PAUD melalui kegiatan workshop dan pendampingan terstruktur. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 11 lembaga PAUD di Kecamatan Mustika Jaya, Kota Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, pendampingan, observasi, serta evaluasi menggunakan instrumen pretest–posttest dan lembar monitoring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru mengenai konsep 7 KAIH, keterampilan implementasi pembiasaan di kelas, peningkatan kolaborasi guru–orang tua, serta penguatan rutinitas kebiasaan positif di lingkungan PAUD. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung peningkatan kapasitas guru PAUD dan membangun praktik pendidikan karakter yang berkelanjutan.

This community service program aims to strengthen the implementation of the Seven Habits of Great Indonesian Children (7 KAIH) in early childhood education institutions through a workshop and structured assistance program. The activities were conducted in 11 PAUD units located in Mustika Jaya District, Bekasi City. The methods used included workshops, mentoring, observation, and evaluation using pretest–posttest instruments and monitoring sheets. The results show an increase in teachers' understanding of the 7 KAIH concept, improved classroom implementation skills, enhanced collaboration between teachers and parents, and strengthened routines of positive habits in PAUD. This program proved effective in supporting capacity building for PAUD teachers and establishing sustainable character education practices.
