KEPEMIMPINAN VISIONER KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENYIKAPI DAMPAK AI (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) TERHADAP PENGUATAN BUDAYA RELIGIUS SISWA DI SMA DARUT TAQWA PASURUAN

Abstrak

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) memberikan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam menjaga budaya religius peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah diperlukan agar pemanfaatan AI tetap selaras dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah dalam menyikapi dampak AI terhadap penguatan budaya religius siswa di SMA Darut Taqwa Pasuruan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah mengarahkan pemanfaatan AI sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran dengan tetap berlandaskan nilai-nilai keislaman. Penguatan budaya religius dilakukan melalui pembiasaan membaca Surah Al-Waqi'ah, tahlil bersama, dan sosialisasi nilai religius secara berkala. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah mampu mengintegrasikan pemanfaatan AI dengan penguatan budaya religius sehingga teknologi dimanfaatkan secara bijaksana tanpa mengurangi karakter religius siswa.

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides opportunities as well as challenges for the world of education, especially in maintaining the religious culture of students. Therefore, the visionary leadership of school principals is needed so that the use of AI remains in harmony with Islamic values. This study aims to describe the visionary leadership of school principals in responding to the impact of AI on strengthening students' religious culture at Darut Taqwa Pasuruan High School. The research uses a qualitative approach with a type of phenomenology. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that school principals direct the use of AI as a medium to support learning while still being based on Islamic values. Strengthening religious culture is carried out through the habit of reading Surah Al-Waqi'ah, tahlil together, and socializing religious values regularly. This study concludes that the visionary leadership of school principals is able to integrate the use of AI with the strengthening of religious culture so that technology is used wisely without reducing the religious character of students
