MEMAHAMI PSIKOLOGI MANAJEMEN: ANÁLISIS JABATAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA TENAGA PENDIDIK DAN KEPENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS PLUS AL-AZHAR JEMBER

Abstrak

Al-Azhar Jember Plus High School as an educational institution focuses on developing the character and intellect of students in creating the nation's next generation with noble morals. In orde to achieve the goal, qualified teaching and education staff are required to understand management psychology by analyzing their positions. This research aims to understand management psychology through an analysis of the positions of teaching and education staff at the Al-Azhar Plus Senior High School in Jember. Job analysis is carried out using observation and interview methods. The results of applying management psychology in job analysis are; (1) provide professional development programs and teaching skills; (2) create a reward system; (3) creating a positive collaborative work environment; (4) providing stress management training; (5) create a system for handling conflict.
