Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter di SD Negeri 29 Rantau Batu Pasar yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dan penguatan budaya sekolah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, serta orang tua murid. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa karakter disiplin, tanggung jawab, religius, gotong-royong, dan integritas direalisasikan melalui pembiasaan dan kegiatan harian, kolaborasi guru serta dukungan komite sekolah. Sedangkan kendala utama adalah konsistensi pelaksaan, keterbatasan waktu, dan keterlibatan orang tua yang belum merata. Rekomendasi mencakup penguatan perencanaan berbasis indikator terukur, asesmen karakter, dan kemitraan sekolah-keluarga-komunitas secara berkelanjutan.

This research aims to describe the implementation of character education at State Elementary School 29 Rantau Batu Pasar, which includes planning, implementation, as well as evaluation and strengthening of school culture. The approach used is qualitative descriptive, through interviews with the principal, teachers, students, and parents. The results show that the characters of discipline, responsibility, religiosity, mutual cooperation, and integrity are realized through habituation and daily activities, collaboration among teachers, and support from the school committee. Meanwhile, the main obstacles are the consistency of implementation, time constraints, and uneven parental involvement. Recommendations include strengthening planning based on measurable indicators, character assessment, and sustainable school-family-community partnerships.
