PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, IKLIM ORGANISASI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

Guru merupakan elemen kunci dalam lembaga pendidikan. Semua komponen lain, mulai dari kurikulum, sarana-prasarana, biaya, dan sebagainya tidak akan banyak berarti apabila tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh guru. Pentingnya kinerja guru dan juga didukung dengan kondisi yang ada, maka sangatlah penting untuk memperhatikan apa saja hal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru demi kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru (4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi, kompensasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini mendapatkan data melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (2) iklim organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (3) kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan (4) kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi, dan kompensasi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
Teachers are key elements in educational institutions. All other components, from curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, costs, and so on will not mean much if they are not implemented properly by teachers. The importance of teacher performance and also supported by existing conditions, it is very important to pay attention to what can affect teacher performance for the quality of education in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's managerial ability, organizational climate, and compensation on teacher performance at the Darul Quran Foundation, Mojokerto. This study aims: (1) to determine the effect of the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance (2) to determine the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance (3) to determine the effect of compensation on teacher performance (4) to determine the effect of the principal's managerial ability, organizational climate, compensation simultaneously on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research model. The population in this study were all teachers at the Darul Quran Foundation in Mojokerto, which amounted to 100 people. This study obtained data through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis used in this study was to conduct validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study indicate that (1) the principal's managerial ability has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, (2) the organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on teacher, (3) compensation has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, and (4) the principal's managerial ability, organizational climate, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.
