EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PENGUAT KARAKTER DI SMA AL- IHSAN KECAMATAN WAMPU

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengevaluasi dalam melaksanakan Program Penguatan Karakterdi SMA Al- Ihsan Kecamatan Wampu dengan meggunakan Program evaluasi CIPP yang meliputi aspek context, Input, Prosess dan Product. Penelitian ini disusun dengan motede Kualitatif agar memperoleh pemahaman secara luas tentang penyelenggaraan program penguat karakter dilingkungan sekolah. Pada proses pelaksanaan penelitian pelaksanaan, pengkaji bertidak sebagai istrumen utama yang terlibat secara langsung dalam tahapan pengumpulan data di lapangan. Evalusi dilakukan dengan mencermati kebutuhan dan tujuan program, temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa guru memiliki peran aktif pada megintegrasikan penguatan karakter, baik pada kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas maupun melali aktivitas di luar kelas. Implementasi program juga terlihat dari pembiasaan yang diterapkan secara konsisten pada aktivitas disekolah. Berdasarkan perolehan pengamatan perserta didik terbiasa dengan peraturan yang dibuat oleh sekolah. Dengan demikian Program penguatan karakter di SMA Al- Ihsan Kecamatan Wampu telah berjalan dengan baik melalui keterlibatan Guru, pembiasaan positif, serta penerapan peraturan yang sekaligus membentuk karekter siswa.

  This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Character Strengthening Program at SMA Al-Ihsan, Wampu District, using the CIPP evaluation model, which includes the aspects of Context, Input, Process, and Product. This study employed a qualitative method to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the character strengthening program within the school environment. During the research process, the researcher served as the primary instrument and was directly involved in the stages of field data collection. The evaluation was conducted by examining the needs and objectives of the program. The findings indicate that teachers play an active role in integrating character strengthening values, both in classroom learning activities and in various activities outside the classroom. The implementation of the program is also reflected in the consistent habits practiced throughout school activities. Based on the observation results, students have become accustomed to complying with the rules established by the school. Therefore, the Character Strengthening Program at SMA Al-Ihsan, Wampu District, has been implemented effectively through teachers’ active involvement, positive habituation, and the consistent enforcement of school regulations, which collectively contribute to the development of students’ character.
