EVALUASI TARIF ANGKUTAN BARANG MENGGUNAKAN MODA MOBIL 4 WD RUTE PURUK CAHU-TUMBANG OLONG KABUPATEN MURUNG RAYA PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TENGAH

Abstrak

Analisis Moda Angkutan Barang Rute Puruk Cahu-Tumbang Olong Berdasarkan Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (Bok) Kabupaten Murung Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, Bella Susanti, 193030501115, Jurusan/Program Studi Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Palangka Raya. Biaya operasional kendaraan adalah biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk operasi kendaraan angkutan dalam satuan waktu operasi tertentu (Rosga dalam Efriani: 2008). Dalam metode ini biaya operasional kendaraan merupakan penjumlahan dari biaya tetap (standing cost atau fixed cost) dan biaya tidak tetap (running cost atau variable cost) yang dihitung menggunakan metode PCI (Pacific Consultant International). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar biaya operasional kendaraan angkutan barang pada rute Puruk Cahu – Tumbang Olong di Kabupaten Murung Raya Kalimantan Tengah, mengetahui besar tarif angkutan barang di Kabupaten Murung Raya sesuai biaya operasional kendaraan, serta tarif dasar yang berlaku pada saat penelitian dilakukan. Ketika semua data primer telah terkumpul selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data dengan metode PCI (Pacific Consultant International). Dari analisis perhitungan biaya operasional kendaraan angkutan barang pada rute Puruk Cahu – Tumbang Olong di Kabupaten Murung Raya Kalimantan Tengah diperoleh hasil data sebagai berikut, biaya operasional kendaraan mobil 1 (Mitsubshi Strada Triton) sebesar Rp. 6,196,- /km, mobil 2 (Toyota Hilux ) sebesar Rp. 7,353,- /km, mobil 3 (Toyota Hilux ) sebesar Rp. 7,411,- /km, mobil 4 (Toyota Hilux ) sebesar Rp. 7,469,-/km. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan serta analisis, besaran tarif terendah ada pada tarif  mobil 1 (Mitsubshi Strada Triton), yaitu Rp. 1.423.540,- Sedangkan besaran tarif tertinggi ada pada  tarif  mobil 2 (Toyota Hilux), yaitu Rp. 1.445.998.

Vehicle operating costs are the costs that must be incurred for operating transport vehicles within a certain operating time unit (Rosga in Efriani: 2008). In this method the vehicle operating costs are the sum of standing costs or fixed costs and running costs or variable costs which are calculated using the PCI (Pacific Consultant International) method. This study aims to determine the operational costs of freight vehicles on the Puruk Cahu – Tumbang Olong route in Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan, determine the freight transport tariff in Murung Raya Regency based on vehicle operational costs, and determine the base tariff in effect at the time of the study. Once all primary data has been collected, data analysis is conducted using the PCI (Pacific Consultant International) method. An analysis of the operational costs of freight vehicles on the Puruk Cahu-Tumbang Olong route in Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan, yielded the following data: the operational cost for car 1 (Mitsubshi Strada Triton) is Rp. 6,196/km, car 2 (Toyota Hilux) is Rp. 7,353/km, car 3 (Toyota Hilux) is Rp. 7,411/km, and car 4 (Toyota Hilux) is Rp. 7,469/km. Based on the calculations and analysis, the lowest fare is for car 1 (Mitsubshi Strada Triton), at Rp. 1.423.540,-s The highest fare is for car 2 (Toyota Hilux), at Rp. 1.445.998.
