PENGARUH AUDITOR’S FINANCIAL REWARDS, WORK ENVIRONMENT DAN JOB MARKET CONSIDERATION TERHADAP MINAT MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI BERKARIR SEBAGAI AUDITOR (STUDI KASUS PADA MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI DI SURABAYA)

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Auditor's Financial Rewards, Work Environment and Job Market Consideration on Accounting Students' Interest in a Career as an Auditor. This examination utilizes quantitative techniques utilizing essential information got from surveys. This study used a 93-response sample of accounting students in Surabaya as its populatio. Information examination with SmartPLS variant 3.0. Accounting students' interest in careers as auditors is significantly influenced by work environment and job market considerations , while Auditor's Financial Rewards have a significant effect on Accounting Students' Interest in a Career as an Auditor , according to the findings of this study.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Auditor’s Financial Rewards, Work Environment dan Job Market Consideration Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Berkarir Sebagai Auditor. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan informasi penting yang diperoleh dari survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel mahasiswa akuntansi di Surabaya sebanyak 93 responden sebagai populasinya. Pengolahan data menggunakan SmartPLS varian 3.0. Menurut temuan pada penelitian ini., Minat mahasiswa akuntansi dalam berkarir sebagai auditor dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Work Environment dan Job Market Consideration, sedangkan Auditor’s Financial Rewards berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Berkarir Sebagai Auditor.
