Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance, with Work Innovation as an intervening variable at PT PLN (Persero) in the Solok City Region. This study used quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires. The sample size was 75 respondents. The data analysis method used was path analysis with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that Digital Competence had no significant effect on Work Innovation. The Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Work Innovation. Digital Competence had no significant effect on Employee Performance. The Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Innovation had a significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Digital Competence had no significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Innovation as an intervening variable. Meanwhile, the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Innovation as an intervening variable.
