PENGARUH TATA KELOLA PEMERINTAHAN, DIGITALISASI, INTERNAL AUDITOR TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN FRAUD DIMEDIASI AKUNTABILITAS PUBLIK(SURVEY DI KEMENTERIAN PERINDUSTRIAN)

Abstrak

Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengubah pola kerja yang sebagian besar mengandalkan teknologi informasi. Hal ini membuat rentang kendali semakin luas sehingga Tata Kelola, Digitalisasi, dan Auditor Internal untuk mencegah terjadinya kecurangan   perlu dievaluasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui survei dengan kuesioner dan pendekatan SEM berbasis varians dengan SmartPLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling pada populasi di Kementerian Perindustrian sebanyak 1.054 kantor yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dengan rumus Yamane/Isaac dan Michael (290 sampel). Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa penegakan hukum terhadap perilaku curang dalam pemerintahan harus dilaksanakan secara objektif bebas dari pengaruh kepentingan kekuasaan. Lebih lanjut, Kementerian Perindustrian perlu mengkaji ulang hubungan antara penerapan tata Kelola yang baik, digitalisasi dan auditor internal dalam pencegahan kecurangan. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini terkait dengan pengaruh demokrasi, budaya hukum, MPN dan SPAN dalam pencegahan kecurangan serta dampaknya terhadap akuntabilitas public.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed work patterns that mostly rely on information technology. This makes the span of control wider so that Governance, Digitalization, and Internal Auditors to prevent fraud need to be evaluated. This research is quantitative research through surveys with questionnaires and variance-based SEM approach with SmartPLS. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling on the population in the Ministry of Industry as many as 1,054 offices spread throughout Indonesia with the formula Yamane / Isaac and Michael (290 samples). Before hypothesis testing, validity and reliability tests are carried out. This study found that law enforcement against fraudulent behavior in government must be carried out objectively free from the influence of power interests. Furthermore, the Ministry of Industry needs to review the relationship between the implementation of good governance, digitalization and internal auditors in fraud prevention. The novelty in this study is related to the influence of democracy, legal culture, MPN and SPAN in fraud prevention and its impact on public accountability.
