PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DENGAN LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI SMAN 1 XI KOTO TARUSAN KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan lingkungan sekolah sebagai variabel intervening di SMAN 1 XI Koto Tarusan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.  0.  Dengan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 54 responden.  Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan, Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.  kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan tidak singnifikan terhadap lingkungan sekolah,.  budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.  budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan singnifikan terhadap lingkungan sekolah.  lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.  Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifkan terhadap kinerja guru melalui lingkungan sekolah, budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kineja guru melalui lingkungan sekolah. 

This research aims to determine how much influence the principal's leadership and school culture have on teacher performance with the school environment as an intervention variable at SMAN 1 XI Koto Tarusan, Pesisir Selatan Regency.  The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.  0.  By circulating a questionnaire to 54 respondents.  The results of the data analysis concluded that the principal's leadership had a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance.  The principal's leadership had a positive and insignificant effect on the school environment.  School culture had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.  School culture had a positive and significant effect on the school environment.  The school environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.  The principal's leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance through the school environment, school culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through the school environment.
