Abstrak

Studi ini ditunjukan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasional,kepuasan kerja dan employee enggagement terhadap OCB di CV. Hidden Store. Disamping itu juga untuk menguji peran employee enggagement dalam memediasi pengaruh antara dukungan organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Hidden Store. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 43 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Alat analisis data memanfaatkan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dukungan organisasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, employee enggagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, dukungan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee enggagement, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee enggagement, employee enggagement secara signifikan berperan memediasi antara dukungan organisasional terhadap OCB, employee enggagement tidak berperan memediasi antara kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB.

This study was shown to test the influence of organizational support, job satisfaction and employee engagement on OCB in CVs. Hidden Store. In addition, it is also to test the role of employee engagement in mediating the influence between organizational support and job satisfaction on OCB. The sample of this study is CV employees. Hidden Store. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total of 43 respondents. The data collection instrument uses questionnaires that have met the criteria of validity and reliability. The data analysis tool utilizes SEM-PLS. The results of the study found that organizational support had no effect on OCB, job satisfaction had no effect on OCB, employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on OCB, organizational support had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, employee engagement significantly played a mediating role between organizational support for OCB, employee engagement does not play a mediating role between job satisfaction and OCB.
