Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, burnout, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Innside By Melia Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh karena populasinya relatif kecil yaitu 70 responden yang bekerja di Hotel Innside By Melia Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Metode analis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (distribusi normal, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji f, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance, burnout, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Hotel Innside By Melia Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work life balance, burnout, and work environment on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Innside By Melia Yogyakarta. This study used a saturated sample because the population was relatively small, namely 70 respondents who worked at Hotel Innside By Melia Yogyakarta. The type of research conducted used quantitative research methods. Data were processed using SPSS version 24. Data analysis methods used in the study included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normal distribution, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple regression analysis, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that work life balance, burnout, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Innside By Melia Yogyakarta.
