PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV SHINTA MOTOR

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu, Motivasi Kerja dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Shinta Motor. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan populasi dari karyawan CV Shinta Motor yang berjumlah 77 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil uji instrumen menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel. Pada uji asumsi klasik dinyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi secara normal dan menghasilkan model regresi yang bebas dari multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Shinta Motor, Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Shinta Motor, Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Shinta Motor.

This research analyzes the influence of Individual Characteristics, Work Motivation, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of CV Shinta Motor. This study used a saturated sampling technique, and the samples used were the entire population of CV Shinta Motor employees totaling 77 employees. The data collection technique is a survey method with a questionnaire as the research tool. The instrument test results show that the data in this study has proven to be valid and reliable. The classical assumption test stated the data in this study were normally distributed and produced a regression model free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study prove that Individual Characteristics have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at CV Shinta Motor, Work Motivation has no significant effect on Employee Performance at CV Shinta Motor, and Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at CV Shinta Motor.
