IMPACT OF ISO 9000 DAN SEVENTOOLS TERHADAP FLEXIBILITIES PRACTICE

Di era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, kualitas kerja dan produktivitas karyawan menjadi faktor krusial bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Meskipun demikian, penerapan ketat kedua konsep ini seringkali menghambat fleksibilitas kerja karyawan dalam beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang dinamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring kepada 31 responden yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan path coefficient menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ISO 9000 tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap fleksibilitas kerja karyawan. Hal ini disebabkan fokus ISO 9000 pada prosedur yang ketat untuk memastikan kualitas konsisten, yang mengurangi kebebasan karyawan dalam menentukan waktu dan metode kerja. Sebaliknya, penerapan seven tools memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap fleksibilitas kerja. Alat ini membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola proses produksi dengan lebih adaptif dan responsif, memungkinkan karyawan bekerja lebih mandiri dan fleksibel
In an era of increasingly tight business competition, work quality and employee productivity are crucial factors for company sustainability. However, strict application of these two concepts often hinders employees' work in adapting to dynamic changes. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive approach with primary data collected through questionnaires from 31 respondents who met the research criteria. The analysis technique used is validity, reliability and path coefficient testing using SmartPLS 3 software. The research results show that the implementation of ISO 9000 does not have a significant effect on employee work freezes. This is due to ISO 9000's focus on strict procedures to ensure consistent quality, which reduces employee freedom in determining work times and methods. On the other hand, the application of seven tools has a significant and positive influence on work safety. This tool helps companies manage production processes more adaptively and responsively, allowing employees to work more independently and flexibly
