Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Transformational Leadership, Green Human Resource Management dan Green Organizational Culture Terhadap Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior Karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bio Dua Ribu, dengan memakai metode teknik sampling non probabilty sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan populasi yang berjumlah 43 karyawan pada PT. Bio Dua Ribu. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil uji instrumen menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel. Pada uji asumsi klasik dinyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi normal dan menghasilkan model regresi yang bebas dari multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, Green Transformational Leadership berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior Karyawan pada PT. Bio Dua Ribu, Green Human Resource Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior Karyawan pada PT. Bio Dua Ribu, Green Organizational Culture tidak berpengaruh terhadap Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior Karyawan pada PT. Bio Dua Ribu, serta Green Transformational Leadership, Green Human Resource Management dan Green Organizational Culture terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior Karyawan pada PT. Bio Dua Ribu.
This research aims to analyze the influence of Green Transformational Leadership, Green Human Resource Management and Green Organizational Culture on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior Employees. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bio Dua Ribu, using the non probability sampling technique method. In this study using saturated sampling technique, where the sample used is the entire population of 43 employees at PT. Bio Dua Ribu. The data collection method used is the survey method with the research instrument used is a questionnaire. The resulst of the instrument test state that the data in this study was proven to be valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, it is stated that the data in this study is normally distributed and produces a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this research prove that, Green Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees at PT. Bio Dua Ribu, Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees at PT. Bio Dua Ribu, Green Organizational Culture has no effect on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees at PT. Bio Dua Ribu, and Green Transformational Leadership, Green Human Resource Management and Green Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees at PT. Bio Dua Ribu.
