PERANCANGAN USER INTERFACE DAN USER EXPERIENCE (UI/UX) PADA PROTOTYPE WEBSITE PONDOK KOLDING PANGURURAN

Pondok Kolding adalah usaha yang bergerak dibidang makanan dan minuman. Sejak berdiri tahun 2015 pemasaran hanya dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut pelanggan yang dirasa kurang efektif saat ini. Mempertimbangkan kondisi tersebut, muncul sebuah inovasi berupa perancangan UI/UX prototype website usaha agar Pondok Kolding tetap dapat menyampaikan informasi secara lengkap serta melalukan promosi. Perancangan menggunakan metode Design Thinking dan menggunakan tools wordpress dalam perancangan desain prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa prototype website yang interaktif dan nyaman digunakan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Usability Testing dengan tools UEQ terhadap 30 partisipan dan didapatkan hasil bahwa rancangan Prototype website mendapatkan nilai good (1,69) pada aspek attractiveness (1,69), excelleent pada aspek perspicuity (2,12), good pada aspek efficiency (1,68), good pada aspek dependability (1,50). Sedangkan pada aspek stimulation (1,32) dengan nilai Above Average dan terakhir aspek novelty ( 0,97) mendapatkan nilai above average.
Pondok Kolding was a business engaged in food and beverage services. Since its establishment in 2015, marketing was solely done through word-of-mouth among customers, which was deemed less effective in the current situation. Considering these conditions, an innovation emerged in the form of designing a UI/UX prototype website for the business so that Pondok Kolding could continue to convey complete information and conduct promotions. The design utilized the Design Thinking method and employed WordPress as a tool for designing the prototype. The result of this research was an interactive and user-friendly website prototype. Testing was conducted using Usability Testing with the UEQ tool on 30 participants, and the results showed that the prototype website design received a 'good' rating (1.69) in terms of attractiveness, 'excellent' in perspicuity (2.12), 'good' in efficiency (1.68), and 'good' in dependability (1.50). Meanwhile, the stimulation aspect scored 'above average' (1.32), and the novelty aspect obtained an 'above average' rating (0.97).
