PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI RS BUDI MEDIKA BANDAR LAMPUNG

This research was carried out at the RS Budi Medika Bandar Lampung aims to find out the effect of compensation on employee performance partially, the effect of the work environment on employee performance partially and to know the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance simultaneously. The method used in this study is an associative quantitative method with causal relationships, the population of all employees in the RS. Budi Medika Bandar Lampung numbered 253 employees and the research sample was withdrawn using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 72 people was obtained. Data analysis techniques in the form of data validity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test. The results of the study obtained t-count for the compensation variable (X1) of 4,975 and the value of t-table with alpha 0.05 as much as 1,666 which means 4,975 > 1,666 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a working environment variable (X2) of 0.755 and a t-table value with an alpha of 0.05 of 1.666 which means 0.755 < 1.666 with a significance value of 0.453 > 0.05 and F-count of 21,715 > F-table 3.12 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The adjusted R Square value of 0.368 means that the compensation variable and the work environment have a joint effect of 36.8% on employee performance and the remaining 63.2% are influenced by other variables outside of this study. The conclusion of compensation has a significant effect on the performance of the RS. Budi Medika Bandar Lampung, the work environment has no significant effect on the performance of RS.
